EASE Group Members Presented at the AGU Meeting

Professor Lyu Xiaopu and three PhD students from EASE research group attended the 2025 American Geophysical Union (AGU) Annual Meeting (AGU25) in New Orleans, United States.

Professor Lyu presented an invited talk "Deep transfer learning unravels drivers of urban isoprene variations in a warming climate". He also convened a session "Emerging Air Pollutants: Emissions, Chemistry, and Air Quality Impact" with Ke Li (NUIST), Bin Yuan (Jinan U.), Matthew Coggon (NOAA). He chaired the session in the afternoon of December 18, 2025.

Zhang Fengyang and Zhou Runjing presented their research in poster sessions. Fengyang's research is about the slowing growth of transboundary ozone export from Mainland China, while Runjing's research aims to quantify recent background O3 changes (2018–2023) in South China. Huang Haibin delivered an oral presentation on December 18, with the topic "Peroxyacetyl nitrate at Central China's highest mountain: unexpected net production and implications for ozone formation".
